NOTICE TO NEBRASKA CUSTOMERS

Please be advised that Hooper Telephone Company, dba WesTel Systems, has received permission from the Nebraska Public Service Commission to discontinue distribution of printed telephone directories. Customers may access information online at www.westelsystems.com. Customers who want a printed directory at no cost may contact WesTel Systems.

Nebraska Telecommunications Relay Service. Dial 711 for this service, which is designed to enable persons who are deaf, hard of hearing, or speech impaired to communicate on the telephone with others.

Nebraska Specialized Telecommunications Equipment Program. This program provides vouchers that can be used by persons who are deaf, hard of hearing, or speech impaired to purchase specialized equipment that can be used to access the telecommunications network.

Low-Income Assistance. Subscribers who qualify based on low-income or participation in federal public assistance programs are eligible for a credit to help with basic telephone service.
