Announcement
service lets you create and change messages as desired for others
to hear when the assigned number is dialed. Daily messages,
weekly messages, service announcements, etc. |

Anonymous Call Rejection |
|
Allows
you to reject calls for which calling name/number display information
has been intentionally blocked. Only calls for which the
information has been blocked are rejected. |
|
Automatic Call Back |
|
Allows
you to dial a code to have your phone continuously attempt to
redial a busy number that you tried to call. When the
line is free, you will be alerted with a special ringing and
a call will automatically be made. You can also use automatic
call back to redial the last number you called. |
|
Automatic Recall |
|
Allows
you to dial a code and have a call automatically returned to
the last party who called or attempted to call you. |
|
Call Forwarding-All Calls |
|
Allows
you to transfer all incoming calls to another dialable telephone
number. You preselect a second telephone to which all
incoming calls are automatically transferred. Calls transferred
to a long distance number will incur a long distance charge
on your telephone bill. |
|
Call Forwarding Busy |
|
Allows
a person to have incoming calls forwarded to another predetermined
number if the called number is busy. |
|
Call Forwarding All Calls with Distinctive
Ringing |
|
You
deviate all incoming calls to another directory. Distinctive
Ringing allows the forwarded station to distinguish between
forwarded calls and any regular incoming calls. |
|
Call Forwarding Don't Answer |

Allows
you to have an incoming call forwarded to another number if
you do not answer after a preset number of rings. |
|
Call Forwarding Preferred |
|
Allows
you to create a list of phone numbers that are to be forwarded
when they call you. When you activate this service, and
a call arrives from a phone number that is on your list, the
call is forwarded. All other calls will ring your phone
in the normal fashion. |
|
Call Forwarding Remote Activation |
|
Allows
you to activate/deactivate Call Forwarding features from another
location when you are away from home. |
|
Call Hold |
|
Call
Hold allows you to put a call on hold in order to initiate a
second call, answer a waiting call, consult privately with another
party, or return to a previously held call. If a second
call is established, you may alternate between calls.
The two calls may not be conferenced. |

Call Transfer |
|
A
subscriber with Call Transfer (includes 3-Way Conference) can
transfer an established call to another line by performing a
switch hook flash, receiving a special dial tone, dialing the
third party, and performing a disconnect at any time following
completion of dialing. The call transfer subscriber will
be billed for all calls transferred by the subscriber, even
for charges incurred after the call transfer subscriber leaves
the connection. The call transfer subscriber can transfer
any call to any other station except when the resulting connection
would be between outgoing trunks. |

Call Waiting |
|
Lets
you know someone else is calling when you’re using the
telephone. You hear a beep tone. If you ignore the first beep,
there will be a second one in ten seconds. The party calling
you hears only the normal ring. |
|
Cancel Call Waiting |
|
Cancel
Call Waiting allows you to cancel Call Waiting before or during
one telephone call. |
|
Call Waiting Deluxe |
|
Alerts you with a beep during
a telephone conversation that another call is waiting to be
answered. It also allows you to see the Calling Party’s
name and/or phone number, date and time (if available)
while on an existing call. Your conversation will be interrupted
for a brief moment (less than 1 second) while this information
is being received. A special display device located on
or next to your phone is required to allow you to view the calling
name and/or number, date and time. |

Caller ID Block Name Only |

Name
only block allows number to be released but not name. |

Caller ID Blocking - Per Call |

Caller
ID Block allows you to dial a code which will prevent your phone
number from being available to the party you are calling on
a particular phone call. |

Creates
a permanent block on you line that will prevent you name from
being made available to the party you are calling on all phone
calls. |

Caller ID Number |
|
Lets
you see the calling party’s phone number before answering a
call. A special

Lets
you see the calling party’s phone name (if available) in addition
to number before answering a call. A special display devise
located on or next to your phone is required to allow you to
view the calling name. Customer must have Caller
ID Number before they can be eligible for this feature. |

Do Not Disturb |
|
Do
Not Disturb allows you to prevent incoming calls from ringing
at your station by diverting to a recorded announcement. Only
callers who have you Personal Identification Number (PIN) can
override the Do Not Disturb feature and ring your telephone. |

Hot Line |
|
Allows
you to automatically place a call to a pre-selected number by
simply lifting the receiver off the switch hook. The pre-designated
number is dialed immediately. |
|
Intercept Service |
|
WesTel
Systems will create a single message to be played when the assigned
number is dialed.. Change of phone number, new phone number,
etc. |

Originating Call Management |
|
Originating
Call Management (OCM) service provides originating call control
from a customer’s telephone. Originating
call types, including International, 10-10-XXX, operator handled,
long distance and local can be selected, by type, as either
“allowed” or “blocked.”
Specific numbers can be identified as “always allow”
or “always block.” The
service provides a Personal Identification Number (PIN) override
so that calls normally blocked may be completed on a per-call
basis. The Company
will provide the customer with a PIN that he can change via
the web or via the telephone through voice response.

Personal
Ringing |
|
Personal
Ringing allows you to have up to three telephone numbers with
unique ringing patterns. The rate applies to the second
and third telephone number that has a unique ringing pattern.
The number is not listed in the directory. |

Personal Ringing Plus |
|
The
same as Personal Ringing but this number is listed in the directory. |
|
Priority Ringing |
|
Allows
you to have a distinctive ringing patterns for a select list
of calling numbers. |

Selective Call Acceptance |
|
Allows
you to screen incoming calls by creating a list of phone numbers
from which you are willing to accept calls.
Calls from numbers not contained on your list are sent
to an announcement that tells them that you are not receiving
calls at this time. |

Selective Call Rejection |
|
Allows
you to create a list of phone numbers from which you do not
wish to receive calls. Calls from phone numbers on your
list are sent to an announcement that informs the caller that
you are not receiving calls at this time. |

Speed Calling |

Lets
you store 8- or 30- frequently called numbers and place such
calls by dialing one- or two- digit codes. |

Telemarketer Call Screening |
|
Our
Telemarketer Call Screening service intercepts calls that are
delivered as "unknown" or "out of area" to the subscriber’s
line. The service plays an announcement stating that the
party they have dialed does not accept calls from telemarketers,
and that the party wishes for their name to be added to the
telemarketer’s "Do Not Call" list. Importantly, the announcement
allows callers who are not telemarketers, but whose calling
number information is not provided, to "dial 1 or stay on the
line" to complete this call. |

you add a third party to your existing conversation. |

Voice/Data Protection |

Allows
you to inhibit features Call Waiting and Operator Verification
that are directed to the line when it is busy. Voice Data
Protection prevents data transmission errors typically caused
